To apply for your Sri Lanka visa, please ensure you have the following documents ready:

For All Applicants:

  • Coloured Passport Scan Copy
    • Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned return date.
  • Copy of CNIC
    • A clear scan of your National Identity Card (CNIC).

For Business Visa:

  • Business Address in Pakistan
    • Provide your company’s business address in Pakistan.
  • Business Address in Sri Lanka
    • Provide the business address of your Sri Lankan partner or company.

For Tourist Visa:

  • Hotel Booking
    • Provide a confirmed hotel booking for your stay in Sri Lanka.

  • Immoral conduct, misbehavior, or harassment towards organizers, team members, or fellow participants is strictly prohibited.
  • Females must be given special respect and privacy at all times.
  • Members are expected to follow local norms and traditions.

Transport Rules

  • Smoking in vehicles is strictly prohibited.
  • Members must behave ethically and responsibly during the journey.

Environmental Responsibility

  • Environmental care is mandatory. Dispose of garbage properly; do not litter.
  • Keep wrappers, empty bottles, and other waste with you until you find proper disposal facilities.

Booking & Payments

  • For group bookings, payment will be collected based on the number of people confirmed by the group’s focal person.
  • Anyone unable to attend the trip will still be charged in full.

Safety & Liability

  • The organizers are not responsible for theft or loss of personal belongings; participants must keep their valuables safe.
  • North Face Adventure is not responsible for delays caused by acts of God, political unrest, or other unavoidable circumstances.
  • The organizers shall not be held responsible for insurance claims or accidents.
  • Anything not explicitly mentioned in these terms is not included in the organizer’s responsibility.
